Meditation without Bait

You can do Meditation without bait by following below mentioned guidelines.

After wazu , sit comfortably on floor, relax your body. keep back straight, only dim light in room, close your eyes, take three deep breaths, then focus on breathing, with each breathing in & out… say Allah silently, don’t move your tongue. Imagine you are sitting in front of Allah and white bright light [Noor] is falling on you from sky.

Continue breathing in & out with saying ‘Allah ‘, every time you breathe in or out. Do it for 2-3 min in starting then gradually increase time as your concentration and focus is increasing. Just focus on word ‘Allah’ with each breath in or out. Do it daily. Keep in touch.
